How do I change my account email and password?
To change your Mobicip account username, send an email to Mobicip Support from your Mobicip-registered email. Mention your current username/email and include the new email address. We will update your email and send you a confirmation email.
NOTE: You will need to uninstall and reinstall Mobicip on your devices in order to apply the email change.
Forgot my Mobicip password and want to reset it
In case you forgot the password you used during account setup, you can reset it by the following steps:
- Install and launch Mobicip Parent app.
- Tap on ‘Forgot Password?’ option, enter your Mobicip-registered email id and then click on ‘Reset Password’
- An email with password reset link will be sent to your registered email. Login to your email account and click on the reset link to create a new password.
- If you didn’t receive the email, please check your spam folder to make sure that it didn’t end up there. Still no email, contact our Support to sort out the issue.
I know my current password and want to reset it
To change your account password, launch Mobicip Parent app > Menu > My Mobicip > My Profile and tap on ‘Edit’ at the top right corner.
Under ‘Reset Password’ option, enter your old password and your new password.
