It is highly recommended that your child has only one Social Media account. Mobicip will be able to monitor one social media account per child user for each platform. Each Mobicip child user can only be linked to one FB/Snapchat account. If your child has more than one account in any of the platforms, you need to create a new child user and link the social media monitor to the second account. Once setup, Mobicip will monitor all objectionable content in the account and send alerts to the parent app.
