How to reassign a device to another child?

1. Click on the Hamburger menu on the top left corner of the screen. Select 'My Mobicip'.

2. Select 'My Devices'.

3. Click 'Edit' under the device that you wish to reassign to another child. 

4. Click 'Change' near the child user.

5. Select the new child user from the 'Reassign to' list and click Save. 

6. You have successfully reassigned the device to another child.

This can be done from the specific child device as well.

Open Mobicip app on the specific child device > Click on the Hamburger menu on the top left corner of the screen > Select 'Change User'

You will need to authenticate the change by entering your Mobicip account credentials.
